Lab Guide to Reliable Binding Affinity Measurements
Our lab's guide to reliable binding affinity measurements ( “How to measure and evaluate binding affinities”) has been included in eLife's new collection of Learning resources for scientists. We published our 'Kd checklist' in 2020 to fill a void where an accessible resource was clearly needed. With over ten thousand downloads and nearly 400 citations, this paper has been used extensively in research and teaching!
